ACT – Terms & Conditions

ACT’s role

Aegean Connect Travel (ACT) connects guests with trusted, locally run operators offering activities, accommodation, and related services in and around Bodrum.

ACT coordinates and facilitates arrangements but does not operate activities, provide accommodation, or deliver transport services directly.

Bookings and payments

All bookings are coordinated through ACT.

A planning deposit paid to ACT confirms and secures arrangements.

Final payments are made directly by guests to the relevant service operators, unless otherwise stated.

Operator responsibility

Each independent operator is responsible for the delivery of their services, safety standards and operational practices, relevant licensing and insurance, and their own booking, cancellation, and refund terms.

Guests agree to comply with the terms and conditions set by each operator.

Changes and availability

All activities and services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and local circumstances.

ACT will assist guests where changes are required and will liaise with operators on their behalf, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Liability

ACT is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay arising from services provided by third-party operators.

Governing context

ACT operates as a local connector based in Bodrum, Türkiye.
